The 2026 Sur-Ron Light Bee X is the bike that built the electric dirt scene — now with the biggest factory upgrade it's ever gotten. The new 72V architecture feeds a 10kW peak motor putting down 295 N·m of instant wheel torque, enough to loft the front over ledges, claw up 45°+ climbs, and snap to a 50 mph top end without a single shift. The removable 72V/35Ah pack pulls up to ~47 miles of trail and fast-charges from 20–80% in about two hours — drop it out, top it off on the bench, and get back out. Eco mode caps the speed to stretch the battery all day; Sport mode hands you everything, and a new 3-level adjustable throttle lets you tune the hit soft for new riders or razor-sharp for full send. At roughly 130 lbs on a forged-aluminum frame with 7.8" of inverted-fork travel up front, 8.3" out back, and 4-piston hydraulic discs at both ends, it's light enough to flick like a mountain bike but built to run with gas bikes on real terrain.
